1. Health and Safety
All aerial performances adhere to strict safety standards.
Performers are fully insured and trained professionals with extensive experience.
Rigging: we will work with you to ensure all equipment is secure and compliant with venue requirements.
2. Performance Requirements
Ceiling Height: Minimum of 3.5 meters required for aerial acts.
Rigging Points: Pre-installed points preferred; portable rigs can be provided if needed (additional fees may apply).
Space: A clear performance area free of obstructions. Belly dance can be performed inbetween tables.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Process:
Confirm availability by contacting us directly.
A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your date.
Deposit: Our usual terms are a 20% non-refundable deposit.
Payment Terms: Balance to be paid 7 days before the event].
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before the event will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations within 1 month of the event booked may incur the full or part fee due to preparation and scheduling commitments.
5. Weather Contingency (for Outdoor Events)
Performances are weather-dependent for safety reasons.
Backup indoor space or alternative arrangements are required in case of inclement weather.
6. Travel and Accommodation
Based in the North East of England; travel within a 40-mile radius is included. This includes Sunderland, Newcastle, Middlesbrough and Durham.
Additional charges may apply for events outside this range or requiring overnight accommodation.
7. Themes and Customisation
Performances can be tailored to your event theme with prior discussion.
Costumes, music, and choreography are customisable at no additional charge for simple adjustments.
